This painting was done from a photograph taken by a friend of mine who gave me permission to paint it. I love how the tree, the fence, the grass, and the sky create a cohesive composition with shapes and colors.

This painting was done from a photograph I took in Pendleton, SC, in the spring of 2022. I liked the colors, the shapes, and the light & shadow. I tried to simplify the composition and concentrate on these things that interested me.
